17 травня 2023 року експерти проєкту «Створення громадської системи протипожежного захисту лісів в Україні» спільно з працівниками Хмельницького районного управління ДСНС України та Навчального пункту Аварійно-рятувального загону спеціального призначення провели теоретичні навчання для членів Розсошанської громади на базі 37 Державної пожежно-рятувальної частини у м. Хмельницький. Голова Всеукраїнської екологічної ліги Тетяна Тимочко зазначила, що з огляду на збільшення ризиків виникнення пожежної небезпеки у лісових екосистемах ВЕЛ розпочала реалізацію пілотного проєкту «Створення громадської системи протипожежного захисту лісів в Україні» в рамках Міжнародної програми Лісової служби США (U.S. Forest Service International Programs).

Олена Пащенко, заступник голови ВЕЛ,експерт проєкту з питань посилення протидії лісовим пожежам в Україні, запобігання виникненню пожежної небезпеки у лісових екосистемах, розповіла учасникам зустрічі про мету проєкту, яка полягає у посиленні протидії лісовим пожежам в Україні через створення системи добровільних пожежних формувань.
Наталія Міронова, голова Хмельницкої обласної організації ВЕЛ, розповіла про особливості лісового фонду Хмельниччини та ймовірні небезпеки від лісових пожеж для довкілля. Пожежі, які виникають у лісових масивах та інших природних екосистемах, призводять до знищення лісових масивів, забруднення атмосфери, порушення теплового балансу ландшафтів, а в окремих випадках – до знищення будівель та загибелі людей. Відбулась навчальна лекція та семінар для членів добровільної пожежної дружини Розсошанської ТГ з питань пожежогасіння, превентивних заходів щодо пожеж.

Представник 37-ї Державної пожежно-рятувальної частини ДСНС України ознайомив представників добровільної пожежної охорони з нормативно-правовими документами, які визначають обов’язки та можливості членів добровільної охорони.
Тетяна Виговська, голова наукової ради Хмельницької обласної організації ВЕЛ, наголосила на тому, що регулярні підпали зменшують біорізноманіття та порушують стійкість природних екосистем. Саме тому, зважаючи на збільшення кількості загорянь у природних екосистемах та на відкритих територіях, необхідно закликати громадян суворо дотримуватися правил пожежної безпеки у спекотний період.

Володимир Петровський, представник Розсошанської громади, висловлював подяку Лісовій службі США за можливість та допомогу у протидії пожежам задля сталого розвитку громади.

Meeting with representatives of the voluntary fire service of the Rozsoshanska community
On May 17, 2023, experts of the project "Creation of a public system of fire protection of forests in Ukraine" together with employees of the Khmelnytskyi District Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Training Center of the Special Purpose Emergency and Rescue Unit conducted theoretical training for members of the Rozsoshanska community at the 37th State Fire and Rescue Unit in Khmelnytskyi.
Tetyana Tymochko, Head of the All-Ukrainian Environmental League, noted that in view of the increasing risks of fire hazards in forest ecosystems, the AUEL has launched a pilot project "Creation of a public system of fire protection of forests in Ukraine" within the framework of the U.S. Forest Service International Programs.
Olena Pashchenko, Deputy Head of the AUEL,project experts on strengthening forest fire prevention in Ukraine and preventing fire hazards in forest ecosystems, told the participants of the meeting about the project's goal, which is to strengthen the fight against forest fires in Ukraine by creating a system of voluntary fire brigades.
Natalia Mironova, Head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Organization of the AUEL, spoke about the peculiarities of the forest fund in Khmelnytsky and the possible dangers of forest fires to the environment. Fires that occur in forests and other natural ecosystems lead to the destruction of forests, air pollution, disruption of the heat balance of landscapes, and in some cases, the destruction of buildings and loss of life. A training lecture and seminar was held for members of the volunteer fire brigade of the Rozsoshanska TC on firefighting and fire prevention.

A representative of the 37th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine familiarized the representatives of the volunteer fire brigade with the legal documents that define the responsibilities and capabilities of volunteer fire brigade members.
Tetiana Vygovska, Head of the Scientific Council of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Organization of the AUEL, emphasized that regular arson reduces biodiversity and disrupts the sustainability of natural ecosystems. That is why, given the increase in the number of fires in natural ecosystems and open areas, it is necessary to urge citizens to strictly follow fire safety rules during the hot season.
Volodymyr Petrovsky, a representative of the Rozsoshanska community, expressed his gratitude to the US Forest Service for the opportunity and assistance in firefighting for the sustainable development of the community.
